Chris Sheppard brings fifteen-plus years of experience in marketing and customer service to CareerPro Global, Inc. (CPG). Since 2008, he has climbed the ranks at CPG, first starting as an Administrative Specialist and working with our custom in-house systems, coordinating writer projects, and managing client data files. Chris is always pursuing new industry certifications in military, federal, and civilian career coaching. He has completed many modules toward earning his Certified Employment Interview Coaching credential from Career Directors International and achieved the President’s Choice Award, CPG, 2014.

As subject matter expert and industry go-to in career counseling, Chris regularly advises clients on all career levels, from GS-5 to GS-15 and the Senior Executive Service, with proper guidance to support earning federal jobs, changing federal agencies and moving to the next level of their career specialty. He works with CPG’s job seekers one-on-one and understands how to match veterans’ Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) (occupations) with federal General Series and grades, as well as how to coach his military clients for specific private-sector job roles.
