Jason served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring at the rank of Master Sergeant. For his last assignment, he served as the Flight Chief of the 341st Recruiting Squadron (I-Flight), bringing more than 10 years of experience recruiting, career coaching, training, marketing, and customer service while helping others achieve their career goals. Before Jason entered the Air Force Recruiting Service, he served 10 years as a turboprop/turboshaft craftsman on the MH-53, MH-60, and the C-130H aircraft. Throughout Jason’s military tenure, he was stationed at Hurlburt Field, FL; Keflavik, Iceland; Elmendorf Air Force Base (AFB), AK; Moody AFB, GA; Travis AFB, CA; and San Antonio, TX, while also serving in various locations around the world.

Since leaving the Air Force in 2011, Jason has assisted thousands of clients in defining their career goals and finding positions to move them in the desired direction, with a focus on federal careers.
